Britani Neeley
Founder. CED-Master Lash Artist, Permanent Makeup Artist, Instructor
Britani Neeley, founder and the sole owner of TwoWINKS Studio & Company started her journey in the beauty industry in 2014 after she received her cosmetology license. She was immediately praised for her hair artistry and design talents while specializing in hair extension application in the very competitive LA market. (Girl has some SKILLS!)
Though her success there was sure to make for a very promising career, this Wisconsin babe missed her family and decided to come back home and expand her talents beyond hair. She was selected to participate in a private education with Barboleta in Tampa Florida where she received her eyelash extension certification.
With a cosmetology license, an eyelash extension certification and a small empty room in the back of her house, Britani decided to set up shop and start building her brand. She quickly took the Janesville market by storm, moved her small home spa to a private studio, hired other talented boss babes and got to work. Now offering an array of service from lashes and botox, to permanent make up application and even one on one classes with certification upon completion, the sky is the limit for this entreprenista and her team. Fun fact: Britani's favorite animal is a bear.

Jacy has been a dental assistant since 2021, and she brings that same precision, professionalism, and attention to detail into her work as a lash artist here at TwoWINKS Studio & Co. She works full-time in the dental field and part-time in the studio, and she loves being able to combine both worlds by helping people feel confident in and out of the chair.

Jacy is known for her gentle touch, detailed work, and the care she puts into every lash appointment. She takes pride in creating lash looks that are customized to each client’s style, comfort, and everyday routine, so you always leave feeling refreshed and put together. If you’re looking for someone who’s both skilled and thoughtful in her work, Jacy will make you feel right at home. Fun fact: Jacy’s favorite animal is a monkey.

Teegan is a certified cosmetologist (since 2024) and a full-time lash artist here at TwoWINKS Studio & Co. She’s passionate about all things lashes and loves creating custom lash looks that enhance your natural beauty while still giving you that confident, elevated feeling when you leave the studio. Whether you want a soft, natural look or something fuller and bolder, Teegan focuses on designing lash sets that fit your eye shape, your lifestyle, and your personal vibe.

Clients love Teegan for her sweet energy, attention to detail, and the way she makes every appointment feel comfortable and welcoming. She takes pride in making sure every client feels heard, cared for, and obsessed with their results. When she’s not lashing, she’s usually spending time with her two cats.
